Cook-and-go Culinary Studio has just launched in NYC. They offer fun and interactive classes that teach unique recipes in a fun atmosphere. At Cook-and-G0 you collect baudges known as 'COOKS'. As your skills become better they also reward your efforts with special badges that reflect different talents necessary to being a great chef. This may include chopping, baking, and presentation.
Not only will you take home your creation to share (or not!) and impress your friends and family, but you will also have an opportunity to show off your badges. Once at home, the only thing left to do is pour your favorite drink, finish your delicious meal on the stove or in the oven if needed, and decorate the plate following our suggestions. Et voila, your lunch or dinner table looks like a celebrity chef snuck in your kitchen! After learning a new skill in the studio, you can practice at home until friends and family start calling you 'chef'!
Cook-and-Go has been gracious enough to offer me and two guests a complimentary class in exchange for our feedback. (Usually $49 per class). I would like to open this up to two beginner cooks in the group who are interested in learning how to make Belgian Cuisine.
In the class we will learn how to make:
• Vegetarian Meatballs
• Chicken fillet as in Lieger
• Chocolate tartlet with chicory

Because this is a free special event, and there are only two spots available I ask that you only RSVP if you are certain that you will be there at 5:30PM. Please be fair to other members of the group who might want to attend. Do not hold a space if you are unsure, and do not be a no show!
