Crepes Take 2-Group Cooking

Since I was a little under the weather the first time we did this lets try this one again. Your task is to come up with some delicious variations of the crepe. Creativity is encouraged. The most creative crepe will recieve a culinary related prize.

To participate you must be willing to make at least one crepe dish with the option of bringing a cocktail bottle of wine. We will be cooking together so please bring your ingredients prepped. There will be two pans on the stove so that two people can be in the kitchen at a time.

*I have a small 7lb Yorkie Poo named pepper. He is hypoallergenic and super friendly. If you have a problem with dogs please refrain from attending this event.

The fine print:

Please  pick out what you would like to cook and confirm that you can make this event on the night of November 9th. Let us know which dish you want to cook in your RSVP so we can avoid any repeats. Each cook may bring one non-cook to enjoy the meal!

Cancellations: Please be 100% committed to attending this event, and cancel 48 hours in advance. There is limited space and each member puts in a lot of time, effort, and planning into each of these events. Late cancellations affect the group as a whole. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or are a no show you could be removed from the group.

I've never made a crepe before, but the event
sounds like fun! Sadly, I may be away this
    weekend.

Too bad, they are really easy to learn how to make. If you end up staying in town feel free to join us. We will show you how it is done!

If there is more interest in this I will make: Corn and Cheese-Stuffed Crepes with Poblano Cream and some cocktail as always

I'm also making cherry cobbler that week, while not a crepe I'll probably have that too as I don't want to eat the whole thing by myself :-)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
