Rooftop Everything Beer Brunch

RSVPS open Sept 30th at 12:00PM

 

If you like beer then this event is for you. To participate you must at least bring one dish that has in-cooperated beer into it. If you need some suggestions some beer dishes might include:

 

1. BBQ Beer Chicken

2. Beer Can Chili

3. Beer Batter Fish

4. Beer Bread

 

There will also be grills available so if you would like to throw something on the grill please bring it fully prepped and ready to go! And as always there is the option of bringing a cocktail or a bottle of wine. We will have some too!

 

This event will be held outside on  a rooftop so please dress accordingly.

 

The fine print:

Please pick out what you would like to cook and confirm that you can make this event on October  14th. Let us know which dish you want to cook in your RSVP so we can avoid any repeats. Each cook may bring one non-cook to enjoy the meal!

 

Cancellations: Please be 100% committed to attending this event, and cancel 48 hours in advance. There is limited space and each member puts in a lot of time, effort, and planning into each of these events. Late cancellations affect the group as a whole. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or are a no show you could be removed from the group.

    I will post what I'm bringing in a little while....just have one question -- will we be able to reheat a dish in the oven/microwave, or would it be best to bring something that goes on the grill? (I remember that it was a bit of a distance from Eraz's apartment to the roof deck) : )
