Feast of San Gennaro

This is last minute. Just found out about it. There will be a festival on Mulberry St with Italian food. If you need more info here's the sitehttp://sangennaro.org/index.htm

I will stand at the Spring Street 6 train stop for 15 minutes (12:45-1). Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you can call or text me when you are in the neighborhood to find us, but may not find us due to the crowds and noise, so please keep that in mind and plan accordingly. my number is[masked]-5673. (For those who don't know me I will wear a black skirt and green sleevless top and have dark hair in a ponytail.)

An important note-

The meetup is 2 1/4 hours (12:45-3pm). Please do not call me at 2:45 to tell me you are 'thinking about coming' or ask for directions from the outer boros; these types of texts will be ignored. Also if you rsvp 'yes' please make an effort to show up- being a no show is uncool. Please only call or text  only when you are very close by. Do not show up at 2:30 and post on the meetup site "where is everybody?" Get there in the beginning and use my phone number- not the meetup site or email- and you have a good chance of finding everyone. Also only call when you are  just a few blocks away not when you are still at home. We are all adults and can get ourselves to the location without the organizer having to walk to the train stop to meet every new person shows up when the meetup is already in progress. Also, I am not texting detailed directions to each individual member from their home/ starting point anymore; its just too time-consuming and its unfair to those who managed to find the group and were on time. So if you are new to NYC or get lost easily please check mta.info, googlemaps, or hopstop.com to find out how to get to Spring street on the 6 train from where you live. Thanks. :-)
