For anyone interested or curious about Insanity by Beachbody, I'm a certified instructor and will be leading a short (only 30 minutes!) exercise routine based on the popular home DVD workout program. This will give you an idea about what the workout is like. Here it is for those who don't know:

It's a full body workout program that doesn't require weights, just your body, some floor space and a go getter attitude! I will also show modified moves for lower intensity. Also, I don't recommend people who are injured to participate. If you have knee or back issues, use caution. You will need a few things:
-towel to wipe the sweat (and you will sweat)
-shoes with good cushion (like cross-trainers)
-something to tie your hair back if you have long hair
Organizer fee will be $2 (will go towards room rental), but feel free to invite friends and they don't have to pay.
The only thing I ask is please arrive on time, and if you're late, warm up a little bit before you jump right in. Thanks!
