Here is yelp Review and Pictures
Quaintly tucked away on lil' Pell st., this place offers completely vegetarian food.
Your meal should start off with a complimentary pot of herbal tea.
With so much food to from, it can quickly add up. Don't waste your servers time asking if this or that is vegetarian like I have!
Try rice rolls with mock ham, cilantro and coriander. I especially fancy the rice flour rolls with golden fungi and enoki mushrooms.
The lotus root cake is another favorite. Probably because the starchy lotus root is engulfed by a potato croquette AND fried.
Mashed lavender colored taro treasure boxes (in ball form) have a brown bbq type of filling inside. Glutinous rice with red bean filling is interesting. The rice is clear and jelly/alien like.
Pan fried noodles (nice juxtaposition of sauce and crunchy texture) and sticky rice (w/minced mushroom, water chestnut & mock ham) wrapped in lotus leaf are other must-trys.
