I am interested in meeting with other people who like to exercise outdoors. I have a exercise routine that I follow called a Deck of Cards. Each suit is assigned a specific exercise, Pushups, Sit ups, Forward thrust lunge (Burpees), and Squats. Once you master these exercises other movements can be incorporated and switched out. The cards are placed face up on the ground in two rows of 12, and 3 rows of 10. Starting with the first card one progresses through deck do the number of reps as indicated on the card. For example, If Clubs are push ups - and the card is a 8 of Clubs you would do 8 reps of push ups, so on and so forth. The idea is also to move through the cards without stopping. I love this way of exercising because it is very effective as a Cardio and Strength building exercises. I have been doing this consistently and have gotten great results. It is most effective doing it with a friend in order to challenge each other. I am hoping to find a few individuals who would like to meet up on a weekly basis one or two times a week.
