Hunter T. Carter and Nicholas P. Pavlidis discuss Attorney-Client privilege issues that are particularly unique to the in-house attorney. The presentation will include information unique to establishing an attorney-client relationship in the in-house attorney context to ensure privilege will attach as well as a number of ways to reduce the risk of inadvertently waiving attorney-client privilege once it is established.

Pat SchlegelFree CLE is always good! It was hard to mingle with other members of the group given the setup of the conference room, particularly when we arrived. After the program, the people who stayed did mingle at the front, though.
