Negotiating IT Services Contracts and Managing Vendor Relationships

Please join New York In-House Counsel and our host, Milbank Tweed Hadley and McCloy LLP, for a discussion on negotiating IT agreements and other services contracts and managing vendor relationships post-contract. 

Partner Nicholas A. Smith, will lead the discussion, which will include:

• Key considerations in the negotiation of IT services agreements and other vendor contracts;

• Best practices in day-to-day vendor management; and

• Strategies for exiting vendor relationships.

Special focus will be given to practical considerations and steps to help drive vendors to deliver quality services throughout the life of the relationship, rather than focusing solely on after-the-fact legal remedies.

Registration and networking reception begins at 6:30 PM.

The presentation will be given from 7:00 to 8:00, with networking to resume thereafter.

This program is approved for one (1) hours of New York CLE credit.
