We are offering a brief 3-part guided relaxation series to help you leave the world behind. Prepare to tune into yourself and connect with your most profound aspirations. Knowing how to adequately relax is fundamental for meditating as well as all our daily activities.
February 21st - External Relaxation
February 28th - Internal Relaxation
March 7 - Mental Relaxation
The relaxation will first focus on the external body - the muscles and more superficial tensions. Then we will focus on the deeper aspects of the body - the insides - your internal organs and deeper sensations. We will end with a focus on releasing mental tensions. The entire process will take 5-10 minutes.
After a pause for conversation/comments, we will continue with guided meditations. To find out what these are like, please come and try them!
Afterwards, will also make available a downloadable audio of the Complete Relaxation on this site so you can practice it whenever you like.
