Overcoming Fear Through the Power of Play A Free One Hour Seminar

In this seminar, Matteus will talk about how the ability to Play is inbuilt in all of us. Yet as adults, overwhelmed with the serious pressures of life, we often lose touch with the innate know how of play.

Far from being something just for children, Play is a state of mind, an attitude – how you approach situations in your life.
With Play there is always movement. By contrast, when we get stuck in life, it is because we are convinced that something is fixed or unchangeable.
In this dynamic one hour presentation, Matteus Levell will unfold three definitions for play, and show through simple exercises how to reawaken the part of you that remembers how to play.

MATTEUS LEVELL has over 20 years of intensive training in meditation-based techniques as taught in the Clairvision School of meditation. He has led workshops centered around dynamic energy cultivating meditation practices, in Australia, Singapore, Philippines and the U.S.

This is a free seminar with a suggested donation.
