I was there 10 mins ago, i just waited, useless waiting and waist of time. Better google. They are sitting just boss asjed them. I did not get any help. Shame

Unfortunately, people who come in for assistance are pretty random, both in terms of queries and complexity of queries and so is the availability of the 10 gen engineers. And if you show up on a statistical bad day, you might come out of Office Hours empty handed. Best not to take it personally.

Awesome time, met Mr. Erlichson, Mr. Bradshaw, and Mr. Verch got several questions answered
Samir, what was it exactly that made you have to leave after waiting? If you gave us an example of what made you want to go please explain

There were 2-3 people talking with engineer and having funny time :) and I was looking trying to understand what is going on :) it is better to give 20 min to each guest to talk or ask questions not for a hour :)

Hi Samir. Sorry you were disappointed. I left with you and heard your concerns. Let me say that I was there at four o'clock and had a chance to observe everything. The staff was very attentive to everyone's concerns and many of use deferred our time to those who had critical production questions. Many senior staff came by to say hello, including Andrew Erlichson. I understand that your time is important, but it is unfair to come to a group session and expect to get serviced immediately. I am sure that you can schedule a meeting with Mongodb staff and have a one on one meeting if you so desire. I think that would be best for you. Although, if you return to the office hours I am sure that all participants will be more that happy to let you go first. We are now and will always be your friend.
