I too agree that the mailing list group is probably not the best place for job postings. I see the group as a place for people to post meetup ideas and organize group events. Maybe the best way for a company who is looking to hire knowledgable MongoDB developers should take the time to go to events and promote in person, or better yet, sponsor an event and show us why you would be such a cool place to work for.
