Introduction

I have always informally debated philsophy with friends. I recently started getting into postmodernism and would like to expand my knowledge.

  • Furthermore, the Ki-Hara method of resistance stretching applies rotations to the stretches. In this way, we stretch muscles consistent with the pattern of the muscles and reach deep into the joint capsule. Over time, not only are muscles lengthened and strengthened, but joint alignment is improved, as well.

  • Hello John,
Thanks for your question. Yes, assisted resistance stretching will accelerate your flexibility progress. First, you as the client will benefit from having the eyes of an objective observer. Your personal stretcher will be able to advise you as to when you're out of position, or compensating with muscles outside of the scope of the stretch. Furthermore, you'll be able to concentrate more on proper breathing technique, core stability and calibrating your resistance to the stretches.
