My goals in life are simple:  Make a ton of money, from there buy assets that cash flow and retire off my investments.  That has always been the plan and I'm sure everyone else feels the same way. 

The reason why my plan looks like this is because asset accumulation was something I thought I could only do once I have the money to do it. What I realize after making money and going out to buy cash flow assets is that you become wealthy not through the investments you own but instead through the understanding of how to use debt as a tool vs. as a liability. 

That change in perception alone made my entire business go from flipping houses to keeping 75% of all our houses.  As I went out to buy more and more properties, I stumbled across the concept of buying houses through creative financing.

Now, I've heard of it many times and have done several creative financing transactions throughout my years, but I will admit I truly didn't understand the power of it.  I didn't understand it until one day I realize that wholesaling houses was a way to flip properties with no money, and creative financing was a way to hold properties with no money. 

That's right guys.  HOLDING Properties with no money was a life changing realization for me and that is what made all the difference!  Today I am on a quest to build a portfolio of 100 houses totally financed to me by the sellers of each of the properties, and you should too.

Most importantly, you'll have a table to display your product or services at the event. Please come at 6:00 to setup.
