Welcome, New York Salsa Lovers !

Meet the people who want to learn Salsa dance and socialize ! Whether you are a totally beginner or an experienced dance, this group is for anyone who wants to dance Salsa and make new friends. You don't have to bring partners because we rotate partners. But, feel free to bring your friends, families, and co-workers ! In the class, we dance on 2 new york style. However, you can dance any style at the party !

-THURSDAY: 6:45pm and 7:45pm at Iguana http://www.iguananyc.com/, you can take FREE SALSA LESSONS (45 minutes each class). These classes are for very beginners. You will learn basics, single right turn, and single left turn. No partners and sign up are needed.

*Iguana Lounge: 240 West 54th street (btw 8th ave and Broadway), -subway: E/D to 7th ave, N/R/Q/W to 57th street, 1/2/3 train to 50th street.

-SATURDAY: 8:00 pm till 10pm at Iguana http://www.iguananyc.com/, fee: $10 for both men and women.

Beginner level class starts at 8pm. The Beginner/intermediate level class starts from 9pm. If you want to take both classes, you can do that without paying double. Unlike dance classes at dance studios, you don't have to leave after class. You can stay after the class and practice with others without extra pay ! There is an exception once a month when there is a live Salsa band. If you want attend the party that day, you pay $5 more. Going to the latin party is optional.

-PRIVATE/SEMI PRIVATE LESSON: Available for your convenience and fast improvement.

-Social Events: Adding Salsa Lesson at the beginning of any type of social events is a great idea to break ice and make it really fun. I recommend Salsa Lessons for school, company, family, birthday parties, and etc...

Salsa Classes are taught by Kevin Lee, who teaches at dance studios and other clubs regularly. Kevin's teaching style is beginner friendly and easy to understand for the people who never danced Salsa before. Kevin has placed top 3 in Latin Dance and performed at the International Hustle and Salsa Competition in Miami, FL. He has also performed at the South Street Seaport Latin Festival in New York City.
