After you have "detoxed" your mind, body & soul, we thought it appropriate to practice managing your emotions so you don't continue to pick up other people's stuff or repeat old emotional reactions.
This class - free for now - is to introduce people to basic tools to protect yourself so you don't keep repeating old emotional patterns. You will learn how to be in a crowded place and stay balanced and also clean your energetic field of stuff that is not yours.
With these simple take home these tools, you will be able to become responsible for your emotions, decipher your emotions and get access to your "higher" emotions instead of those little grizzly ones that interfere with your joy and the flow of your life.

6pm Registration and mingle. We meet at the fountain in the middle of Bryant Park.
