Hi There! If you are pregnant or a new mum (or dad!), care about your wellbeing and would really like to mingle with others in the same boat, then come along to this group! We are a unique group as we are filled with like minded, open and honest women who talk freely about what being a mum is REALLY all about- we don't pretend we are ok, if we are not ok- at our group we support each other on good days and bad days. Each month we have an interesting health professional come along as a guest speaker and a medical doctor is also available in the group to answer any quesions you have on wellbeing.
