Hi Megan,
Welcome to Chicago! It is a terrific city. Do you like to swing dance? I work on the northside but live in Hyde Park and am interested in finding one or two women to check out various swing dance venues with. There are lots around. I am still new to swing dancing but it is lots of fun!
