Welcome! And thanks for checking out this meetup group! I sure hope you join us.
Let's get out of the house, explore the city together and meet up for walks, coffee, picnics, playdates, local events, clothing exchanges, summer festivals, afternoon card games, bowling, Salsa babies, day camps, workshops, dinner parties, whatever.... We'll make it up as we go.
Looking to get together with some easy going moms with young kidlits (0-8) to chat and enjoy some summer days. Nothing too too structured...no agendas...just easy.
All moms with wee ones are welcome!
Some past meetups include checking out a new exhibit at the TELUS World of Science, a visit to the Calgary Zoo, and attending Stars & Strollers. Future outings include a morning at IKEA and a road trip to Banff!
There's a mixture of free events (like going to the park), low or no cost events (like going for coffee or swimming) and mid-price-range events (like going to the zoo). There are no membership fees or dues for this meetup group nor are there any sponsors.
There are up-to-date *WEB RESOURCES* for moms on the Message Board. Feel free to send me any links you have.

Remember - it's so important to get out of the house! Facebook and TLC will be there when you get back home. LOL!
