I usually run between 8:00-8:50 min/mile depending on distance, closer to a 9:00 min/mile for long distance runs. An every day run is about 5 miles, however now, I love having a group who are also training for distance races. So motivating!
I prefer running in the evenings (6:00pm) during the week day and mid-morning (9:00/10:00am) during the weekends.
I try for 4x/week and do yoga and/or spinning for cardio other days and incorporate some weight training in between.
Hi! I have been running since 2009 and am completely hooked!! Although I wouldn't say I am an experienced fast runner, I do like to challenge myself. I love races and am back at it...training for half marathons!!
