Walk on Water, a Photographic Miracle.

Artist and Photographer Tex Jernigan created a lightweight and portable system for allowing people to stand and walk on water.

Learn how to make your own rig, shoot pictures of models standing on the water, and get pictures of yourselves walking on water!

See pictures here: http://texjernigan.com

We're setting up where St. Bernard meets Lake Pontchartrain. The meetup will coincide with the Greek Festival, so you can go get some food before or after.

It was a lovely experience to share sunset on the water with fellow photographers. I jumped right in and was delighted with the entire experience. Thanks, Tex and Rebecca for bringing this to our group!

Great idea! Wish it could have been located closer to shore so more people could have participated.

My children cranked out, and I had to take them home well before the meet-up. Should have just had a sitter and skipped the fest =( Looking forward to the next meet-up

Gerard, thanks for asking -- the address we used is an approximation for the spot on the water where this will be set up. There's quite a bit of parking right there, and it's as soon as you walk up and over the Levee, you'll see us.

Coincidences like this happen only once in a year: if you go to the Greek Festival on Sunday wearing a Toga, you get in free.

If you come to the event on Sunday wearing a Toga, you'll have a really good picture of yourself floating on water... doesn't get much better than that!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
