Seattle Tech Meetup

Seattle Tech Meetup is Seattle's largest ongoing monthly event. We'd love you to join us on the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday of every month for great food, drink, fun, connections and five presentations from Seattle companies doing cool things with technology.

I'm new in town and looking forward to meeting people & finding out about the tech space in Seattle. Got one ecommerce startup under my belt. Any startups out there want a helping hand while I'm settling in and searching around for my next move? I love data, Excel, fashion design, Adobe CS, manufacturing, etc - and perhaps surprisingly, I do have experience and skills in all those diverse things that you may find useful. I'll be manning the front desk tonight - say hi.

Thanks! You know, we didn't expect to get to introduce ourselves on stage, but Red came up with the idea at the last moment - pretty awesome of him. And it was a good advertisement for volunteering, right?

Totally. It was a good idea on at least two fronts, therefore. Win-win. :-) Add me on LinkedIn, if you like, by the way? I have a pretty extensive network of contacts who could be useful for networking purposes currently or in the future. Cheers!

Red's great. Good sandwich. Interesting, talented people considering leaving Microsoft every time (why always Microsoft?) Cool pitches. Big fan of what Colin is creating at Polis, Sarah w/Moz (you were transparent - thanks!).

Well, there is a tendency for people to think of networking only they look for a new job. And Microsoft is the biggest employer in the area. So skewed statistics? Ditto to the cool pitches.

I had an amazing time meeting people and employers. This was my favorite 'Seattle Tech Meetup' to date!
