There’s no better way to spend a summer evening than with Garrett Oliver, Brewmaster at the Brooklyn Brewery and author of The Brewmaster’s Table. Oliver is an authority on the subject of traditional beer and is known worldwide for his flavorful interpretations of this ancient and widely consumed beverage. Learn about the creation of different taste variations, the history of taste trends, and the technology and history of brewing. Tastings are included.
