New York Yoga Club is part of a national Yoga club that was created to offer people of all levels cost effective forms of healthy practices (yoga, tai chi etc) with local quality instructors in natural outdoor settings.
We want you to come out & create community through YOGA around NYC. It is through community that we feel connected, inspired and supported.

Practices are led by area instructors and we are always open to suggestions on what styles you would like to see offered! In addition, as yoga and these other practices are about healthy living, relaxation, and meditation (in addition to great exercise), we'll also offer various wellness seminars throughout the year. There will be social gatherings, hiking adventures & happy hours planned so our members can get to know one another and network!
