Get your cardio workout AND strength training using your body weight and light hand weights.
Instructors will guide you through a 50 minute workout that will make you sweat and will sculpt the body that you have always wanted.
Bring hand weights anywhere between 2 - 10 lbs, depending on your fitness level. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor work, water, and a great attitude! Classes are held in the fitness studio next to Nutrition Station.
As a bonus - Herbalife Rebuild Strength Smoothies will be served next door at Nutrition Station. They nourish your torn muscles so that you build them stronger, faster, AND you won't be so sore the next day (or the day after).
