No matter which part of the world you come from, settling down in a new place is challenging.  A bunch of friends, however, can make this an exciting and memorable experience.

‘Newbies in Canada’ is a group which will help you find friends and ways to build a social circle and integrate with society. Even if you are feeling lost with no one to help, guide or support you, other Newbies in the group will help you get a sense of ‘belonging’.

From fun events like sports, get-togethers and outdoor activities to important matters such as financial planning, family sponsorships and buying a car/home, this meet-up group is here to help you make Canada your home.

Remember to follow the simple rules of respect for each other and keep politics out of this groups’ activities. This is not a marketing or advertising forum. If you need to reach out to the members please email the organizer. Members who do not comply with the rules will be removed from the group.
