NewportMesa Tea Party is a group of nearly 200 [on our email list] local patriots.  We are just starting this Meetup site, and have just implemented our website.  We are working towards getting our email friends signed up on either of our sites.

The NewportMesa Tea Party is focused on the following issues: 

 

  • Limited Government
    The U.S. Constitution established a limited government. Limited government is incompatible
    with unlimited taxing, spending, and deficits.
      
  • Expansion of Capitalism

    The only economic system compatible with individual liberty is one based on private property.
    Capitalism has always been and should continue to be, the economic system of the United States.
    Socialism, in any form and to any degree, means tyranny.      The federal government has no business
    owning, running, or controlling any business in the United States.
  • Advancement of American Exceptionalism
  • Establishing English as the official language of the United States of America
  • Passing a Balanced Budget Amendment
  • In addition, the list goes on….
