Do something for thanksgiving

  • November 22, 2012 · 4:00 PM

I know this is super last minute but... Wondering there are any new to Austin people who are plan-less for Thanksgiving and would want to meet up. I'm thinking for drinks or something low-key...

After a rigorously brief overview of the outline Hilary posted, I wanted to immediately jump on Bakehouse Rest & Bar for two reasons, squash casserole and yams. However, I believe B.D. Riley's will be better for everyone, as it is more geographically desirable.

    I'm happy with 5 p.m. @ B.D. Riley's Pub

I'd be down for BD Riley's or the Alamo Draft house. I've heard both are pretty cool. And 530 or so sounds good to me.

I'm not familiar with any of the bars/restaurants that are open today (see below)

If anyone has an recommendations from this list^ Please let us know. I would prefer something downtown or south of downtown. Has to serve cold beer.

I read that the brickhouse tavern has 80 different beers on tap. B.D. Rileys also looks cool.

      Is anybody partial to either

I'm free all day. Anything to get out of the house sounds good to me.

Hey all my Roommates are all native Texans, and all decided to head home for the holiday. So I'd be down to do something if this is still going on.

I work at 10pm but I'm down for anything before hand. I heard Alamo Drafthouse is doing Thanksgiving dinner with their movies... Or I'm down for a drink and live music downtown

Sounds good. I do have plans thru 5pm. After that though, I wouldn't mind meeting up with some people.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
