Next Level Performance is a new nontraditional FITNESS gym located in
Staten Island, New York. Our gym is not equipped with fancy equipment,
machines or juice bar. We offer safe but highly effective training to
people of all ages and fitness levels. We teach basic to advanced level
classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics,
kettlebell training, Olympic weight-lifting, medicine ball and dumbbell
training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running, boxing and jumping
rope through our High Intensity Interval Training method otherwise known as
H.I.I.T.
Our friends are extremely diverse in their background, conditioning, and
lives; and include students, business owners, stay-at-home moms, athletes,
plumbers, police officers and firemen. We utilize H.I.I.T as our primary
training method, and focus on developing and enhancing our friends
capabilities in each of 10 recognized fitness areas (Cardio endurance,
Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility,
Balance, and Accuracy). The workouts provided are always varied and the
results are dramatic. The atmosphere is distinct, friendly and supportive
to anyone willing to put in the work.
