Ni hao, get ready to start speaking Chinese

This will be our very first time meeting people who are interested in learning Chinese and knowing more about Chinese culture.

Here is the lesson plan for week 1:
- Pinyin: Introduce pinyin and tones
- Speaking: Greeting. (Introduce yourself and get to know each other)
- Grammar: Yes/No questions
- Cultural awareness: Proper greeting etiquette

* Handout will be prepared for you. ;-)

Tomorrow afternoon we will be greeting each other with "Ni hao / hello"! ;-) Look forward to it. * One gentle reminder, you will have to take care of your own cost at the cafe. I have tried their Chai thee, muntthee, and koffie verkeerd. All good!

The class time is now moved to the afternoon. It starts from 1:30pm and ends at 3:00pm on Wed. Join us at Caffee Allee for a fun Chinese lesson and a nice cup of coffee. ;-)
