AromaNia Nia Joyful Fusion Class - Cardio, Strength and Stretch

This class is designed for those who are new-to-Nia and those who already love Nia.

We incorporate Aromatherapy into the fitness experience as a treat for your mind, body and spirit.

Class begins at 6:00 p.m.. and will complete at 7:15 p.m.

If you arrive after we begin, you are still welcome to join us... it's ok to come late...just join us at whatever time you arrive!

Here's what you can expect from an AromaNia class...
(These movements can also be done by sitting in a chair for those whose mobility is limited)

Class begins with setting a group intention and each person setting their own personal intention for what you want to give to your self by participating in the class.  We will experience the inhalation of a particular essential oil to support the fulfillment of the intention.

Next, we begin to warm-up with slow, delicious movements designed to give flexibility, stability, strength, agility, and mobility to our joints.

Once we are warmed-up, we 'get moving' with fun and energetic steps and stances to get our heart rate up and burn calories.

We next enter into a 'cool down' movements, which support the harmonization of our physical, emotional, mental, and energy bodies.

The final stage is brings us to guided meditation movements on the floor and essential oils.

We complete our AromaNia experience together with 15 minutes of tea and conversation.


Wear clothing that allows you to move freely; we move in our barefeet or soft-soled shoes.

Bring a bottle of water and a towel. Mats are provided.
