Nightclub Cardio is a dance-areobics class that takes place in a nightclub. The lights are low, there are no mirrors, and the moves are simple yet effective. Participants generally burn between 600-700 calories. Somewhere between the live DJ and the Soul-train line you begin to forget you are even working out! You can find out more at www.nightclubcardio.com (video under the "about" tab)Classes are $15 at the door, $12 if you pre-register online, and $40 for a monthly pass.
