Attend Pygmalion at The Old Globe

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all had a great new year. I am very excited about our first show of the 2013 season, Pygmalion! We are going to be making it even easier to purchase tickets to see our shows throughout the year with the Meetup Group. We will have a reserved number of seats with a discount and you can purchase online with a promotion code. I will still ask you to RSVP so that we can make sure that there are enough seats for everyone interested in attending. And as always if you have any questions you can call me Monday-Friday 9-6pm. I look forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the shows throughout the year.

Attend Pygmalion with the Meetup group and receive an exclusive 15% group discount on your tickets and no handling fees!

To purchase tickets with the group discount use the following steps (offer available online only):

1.   Click Here

2.   Select Pygmalion for Tuesday, January 29th at 7pm

3.    Choose your seat(s) and complete checkout. You will automatically be seated with the group and the discount will automatically be applied and handling fees waived. All seats are located in the front row balcony.

Online price should read: Group Web Offer

The discounted price per ticket is $57 (regular price $67).

All tickets will be held at Will Call, located at the Box Office, under your name.

**Deadline to purchase seats is Friday, January 25th.

By George Bernard Shaw
Directed by Nicholas Martin

Renowned director Nicholas Martin returns to the Globe to direct Shaw’s most popular modern masterpiece (which Lerner and Loewe adapted as the musical My Fair Lady). The poor flower-seller Eliza Doolittle is in the right place at the right time, just as speech professor Henry Higgins makes a friendly wager that he can change her accent and pass her off as the epitome of English society. But will she survive Higgins’ boorish bullying? With an illustrious cast led by Robert Sean Leonard (“House,” Dead Poets Society, Swing Kids), and brought to lavish life as only The Old Globe can, Pygmalion is the funny, touching, unforgettable battle of wits between two of the theatre’s most iconic characters.

I look forward to seeing you at the theatre!
