Join me and the good and loved legislators to assemble and affirm to the onlooking Governor Haslam that it is the will of the people that he refuse to establish the Obamacare Exchanges.

By this action, we can block Obamacare from its implementation in our state. This will save jobs, prevent fines for employers unable to provide medical insurance for employees.

There is NO benefit to Tennesseans for the establishment of these exchanges. Refusal will compel the Feds to do so and they have no budgeted funds with which to do this.

It is a no-brainer.

Let's open the Christmas season one more time together at the Capitol at noon on Wednesday, December 5.

Make your signs and banners, bring the kids, dress warm and let's give Governor Haslam a reason to come down to join us and to announce that he hears us and will be obedient to the will of the people.

Just say NO

Here are the next steps....CALL the governor, CALL your senator and state rep. Ask them if they were serious when they passed the TN HC freedom act. Even if they get a lawyer to argue that since the IRS collects the tax, they are not violating it, they sure as hell are violating it in spirit

Governor Haslam and some legislators are being lobbied very heavily by the Hospital and Insurance groups. Let's show up to remind our leadership that their first allegiance is to the people who sent them there. Tennesseans overwhelmingly oppose a state exchange, please listen to your constituents Governor.
