Ramona Flaherty said to the Gubner

We might also tell him that since it seems to be alright to occupy public squares all across the nation, that we just might get a group together with a CHRISTMAS tree and Nativity Scene beside OUR tent as we exercise OUR 1st Amendment right! We could gather around our Nativity Scene and sing Christmas Carols, especially Away in a Manger!  We could also add The Little Drummer Boy to let the bongo beaters of the ON join in;)  We could hand out Christian literature and info about Shariah Law....  Let's see how fast they decide to clear everyone out then....

Also wonder what the cost is to the state of TN for these squatters:

I just sent the gub'ner a long email and I thought you might find this quote from a Tennessean story about the judge who dismissed the warrants against the Occupiers interesting.

As for his decision to release the Occupy protesters, Gonzalez said Nelson “may have been acting under a personal belief rather than an actual law or the result of any legal research.”

Obvious that we have judges legislating from the bench and that he's basically saying, "Laws? What laws? I don't need no stinking laws."
