This group is for all women who are committed to nourishing themselves and their families. Whether you are pre-conception, currently pregnant, or a busy mom this group is designed to bring women together to learn how to feel your absolute best so you have the energy and knowledge to raise healthy children.

My name is Amy Goldberg, and I am a certified Holistic Health Coach, full-time mom, and lover of delicious whole foods! While I love working with women one-on-one, I decided to start this group to create community with like-minded moms and moms-to-be. This group is about having fun and being healthy. Getting together with other moms in a relaxed atmosphere to sample new foods and learn new kitchen techniques. Learn about effective ways to nourish your pregnancy, support breast-feeding through nutrition, satisfy your cravings with real whole foods, and how to create meals the whole family will love without spending your entire life in the kitchen.
