Nino Batista Model Photography Workshops Pages

Many of us have spent a great deal of time browsing model photography workshops that are available either locally or in other cities, seeking out the best environment to learn and be taught individually, gain more real world experience, and have the benefit of working with high caliber talent that you normally don't get the opportunity to work with.

No question, there are many great workshops out there - and I suspect you've seen most all of the major ones. I would definitely recommend several workshops by several amazing professionals if asked. :)

So why did I start a workshop series then? It's simple: People asked. Yeah, I've been around the block a few times, and have enjoyed some amazing experiences on many projects over the years. But it's not my experience alone that you're paying for at my workshops. I believe firmly in *what* I do being slightly less important than *how* I do it.

In short: I love to teach. I genuinely enjoy helping others learn, especially others who are eager to do so. I've been a professional instructor in the past teaching guitar & bass, music in general, audio production, Photoshop, and I even had a stint as an Apple Trainer a few years ago. Teaching is not something everyone likes to do - far too many photographers, caliber ones, give workshops just to augment their income. And that's perfectly fine, of course. After all, my love of teaching isn't enough to justify producing these events!

That said, my learning environments are always pleasant, always informative, in depth, and everyone always has a fun time. I am casual but focused on set, and work hard to make sure everyone gets one on one training time as much as possible.

And yes, I offer one-on-one dedicated training by request - call me to schedule if you are interested: 832-458-8954.

UGLY FINE PRINT: I have a very firm "No creeper" policy at all my events. Every photographer will be expected to be respectful, professional and above all else, not perverted in any way at any workshop or shoot-out I host. This isn't a strip club, or a trashy establishment. We are here to teach, to learn, to create art and to help make better photographers out of everyone. Failure to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful manner will get your ejected from the event with no refund.
