Giving recognition to Darwin is definitely a positive idea. Though I ponder the date of this observance .Could we be more focused on this day in May or on Darwins's birthdate or perhaps on the anniversary of the release of one of his famous studies ? We need to consider timing our celebration with that of other areas in order to maximize our voice....
