This will be the 2nd class for bread baking. We will be reviewing the technique for the No Knead Crusty Boule (European style) and then using a slightly different recipe to make a Chocolate/Cherry Crusty Boule. This recipe will also be a no knead technique using a dutch oven and high heat. The class will also make a traditional kneaded bread with a whole wheat, orange recipe. Read more
