Take a soothing Qigong exercise break for body mind and soul! No experience required as you learn easy flowing movements from an experienced teacher. This is a very gentle standing exercise appropriate for almost anyone...people with chronic back pain, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, etc.
The movements are especially selected to restore flexibility to spine while paying attention to the health and harmony of the internal organ systems.

Practice begins with 15 minutes of seated meditation pratice from 12:00-12:15 prior to external forms. Learn to collect yourself and calm your mind and body.

10 Class punch pass $65.00 (nearly 2 classes free)
