Qigong (Chi Kung) is the branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine
which uses slow mindful movement and breath to circulate energy
around the body. It is appropriate for anyone who can gently
bend...even for those who experience chronic health conditions
such as back pain, diabetes, or fibromyalgia. Min/Max: 5/12
