Hey NoPo's - Who wants to stay in race shape this winter? I propose Hardcore Saturday, whereby we get together for long runs on Saturday mornings, followed by brunch at a friendly location for those who want.
My thinking is a consistent course (just like Wednesday) but in the 12-18 mile range, with a nice hill or three to make it interesting. I'll find us a good location with parking and a friendly restaurant who will cater to our group if I get a few takers. Let me know what you think!
