Introduction
Hi, I'm Shelby. I'm trying to change things up in my life by learning new skills, particularly those concerned with fabrication and film. My ex got me interested in CNC, and I'd like to keep pursuing it.
How would you rate your expertise and experience using CAD software?
I'm a complete novice. I know what it is, and I know what it's meant to do, but I have never actually used anything like it, outside of Google Sketchup.
What CAD packages have you used?
None. Unfortunately.
Do you have any experience with CAM software packages? Which ones?
No, none of those either.
What CAD/CAM software packages are you interested in learning or improving your proficiency?
AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, various CNC software, anything free and useful.
