Excellent. Gina was very knowledgable and I learned a ton. It was so nice to *see* how to make the foods rather than just reading it. Lots of great tips and tricks, and she really showed how simple it can be to get started. Great use of visuals and shared resources. Thanks!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
