Feeling sluggish and terribly overweight. On one diet after another with little success. Tired of the yo-yo cycle! Stumbled upon the Paleo diet/lifestyle via the web/blogs and what a wonderful discovery it has made in my life and my family's!
Not so much at this time but always looking for good recipes and shortcuts for preparing weekly food. Blog reading has been great for good discoveries.
