Real Food Resources

Hey guys,

I am a fairly recent convert to a real foods lifestyle, and have identified a few key resources that have helped me along the way, both in my local area (farms, buying clubs, doctors, stores) and online (online stores, blogs, sites, ebooks, etc). It's hard to find stuff through Google, and sites like Local Harvest and Real Time Farms have sparse listings, and don't include online resources.

So, I thought why not put our heads together and develop an exhaustive list of resources in our area and around the country? I've created a very simple form where you can enter each resource individually: http://goo.gl/2Ukk6.... The list of what has been shared so far is here: http://goo.gl/xqDmL.... When enough information is compiled, we can create a more sophisticated community page where we can interact, review resources, comment, etc.!

After you've filled out your resources, pass it on to a friend or relative who would appreciate this effort and may have a resource or two to share. What's in it for you? More access to a greater number of resources in your area and online that can help make healthy living for you and your family easier and more affordable.

Who's on board?

Cheers,
Heba

Heba - This is a great idea and extremely beneficial to anyone new to the Paleo / Primal lifestyle. Thanks for putting it together!

Also, members of the Baltimore Paleo MeetUp group are assembling a similar resource and we'll post it in our 'Files' section soon. I'll let you know when it becomes available.

Thanks again!
- Geoff
