  • Starting at our next event point MX65GP
  • as the present built-in RSVP Q (above) is good Q but has problems:

    • Only organizers can see the answers, so easily missed and can't readily get member feedback on it this.
    • possibly a bit narrow (as say other javascript could also apply, and a generic relative question could be better

  • I extended it to 6 Qs, covering this & much more plus general & reusable and with most Qs proven from years of use on Meetup, including also getting the answers for this this & all possible sharable info shared; quote:

    • Did you post an event comment, here and/or on future events, for then each topic/Q/activity you'd like covered/done and/or presentation you'd want or want to give?
    • What’s your CURRENT (1)CELL# +(2)EMAIL (at least 1 reaching u during event), &(3)ZIPCODE? –unless we already have it. This is so we can find everyone +give u data-access&local-alerts&carpool; and all-but-zip is private (only event hosts can see it).
    • If you might not be there from start-to-finish (as arrive late, leave early, etc), did you put & update your times in your public RSVP saying what time range you’ll likely be there (when arriving & when leaving)? –put it there, please.
    • Will you be bringing everything on the event's TO-BRING list, plus of course your laptop(we'll be working on them) +your other devices for editing Meetup(we'll be posting&planning),+,if we might need wifi,portable Internet hotspot? –do please.
    • Did you include a constructive ideally-enthusiastic comment in your public RSVP saying especially WHY you’re RSVPing YES or especially if NO or a MAYBE, Why? –put it there, please. If RSVPing NO, see http://1.JotHere.com/... for how.
    • On your group profile, (1) Does your main picture clearly & accurately ID you and (2) Are all the questions there fully answered with your current info? -insure so, please, as this can be required plus is very helpful to members & leaders.

{MZ2CSX=Due some new Meetup bug, in questions that contain a "/" that character is getting replaced with a infinite list of "\" on say every edit or save or something else
{MZ2CU2=so say , in http://www.meetup.com... ,

  • Q1 has become quote(Did you post an event comment, here and\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\) with event edit error "(653 characters over)"
  • Q5 has become quote(Did you include a constructive ideally-enthusiastic comment in your public RSVP saying especially WHY you’re RSVPing YES or especially if NO or a MAYBE, Why? –put it there, please. If RSVPing NO, see http:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\) with error "(155 characters over)"
}
{MZ2CZF=So updated the Qs so they don't contain any "/" as so:

  • Q1: Did you post an event comment, here and-or on future events, for then each topic-or-Q-or-activity you'd like covered-or-done and-or presentation you'd want or want to give?
  • Q5: Did you "ASAP RSVP (& if MAYBE, say YES till certain NO)" -plus, esp if NO or MAYBE, create an event thread for subject "My ATTENDANCE&REVIEW OF THIS" kindly sharing Why your RSVP plus your review? --as main official details point MY58FR explains.
    {MZ2HPS=Updated this for present situation.}
