We're kicking the meetup back up again, and now with more organizing help (hopefully this means the schedule gets back on track!). I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce everyone to Bianca Gandolfo, resident community evangelist at Hack Reactor, who is going to be helping with organizing events and is putting this on for us. Welcome, Bianca!
We won't have food at the event but there is a Whole Foods, Chipotle, Pasta Pomodoro and a burger place (The Habit) within 2 blocks of Edmodo. If you're interested in sponsorship opportunities let us know!
Alright. Let's get to the details. We've got a great couple of speakers:
Intro to Neo4j Jesse LaRue
This talk will cover some basic introductory instructions for developers interested in using Neo4j. We'll briefly cover some common pitfalls, an introduction to graph traversal patterns with Cypher and interfacing with the Java API for Neo4j using NodeJS. As well, we'll talk about things Neo4j is good at, and things it isn't.

Why Node is great for robotics Daniel Liebeskind
Dan will explain how to use Faye and Node to communicate between a Leap Motion, drone and computer. He will also go into how to implement a Leap Motion interface and translate hand position into commands.
