What kinds of things are you using Node.js for?

I'm currently using Node.js for various websites, some personal cronjobs and lots of other stuff.

Are you using Node.js as a plaything, a workthing or something in between?

I'm using Node.js as my main goto tool for everything these days. I work with Node.js in my dayjob for Mozilla on Persona.

What's the most exciting thing for you about Node.js?

I love the combination of an event driven language coupled with WebAPIs and other random datastores. Node.js is the Octopus of programming languages and it's great getting so much done in parallel.

What are you currently experimenting with (if anything)?

I'm currently experimenting with a DynamoDB clone written in Node and using LevelDB, Redis, Postgres and memory as possible data stores.

Love Node.js, Love Web APIs, Love JavaScript.
